Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes. We accept international credit cards and other payment instruments in countries that are supported by Paypal which currently include

Do I need a Paypal account to make payment using a non-Indian credit card?

No. You don't need a Paypal account for paying using International Cards. When you click on the International Credit Card payment method during ordering, you'll be taken to a page which will show you a form with billing details. If you don't see the form you'll see the following line which will take you to the form.
      "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue"
Click on the link below "Continue" to continue to the form where you can enter your credit card details without having to create a Paypal account.

What currencies can I pay in?

Other than Indian Rupees we accept payments in all currencies supported by Paypal viz. - U.S. Dollars

Do international payments include currency conversion charges?

If you pay in any of the above currencies that are supported by Paypal your credit card will not charge you any conversion fees.
For all other currencies the amount will be converted to USD and you may be charged a conversion fee. Please check with your credit card provider for more details.

What conversion rates do you use for international currencies?

 

For all conversions to USD we use a ratio of 1 USD = 44 INR. For all other international currencies we use Paypal's defined conversion rate from USD to that currency.

What is Pay by Cheque / Check?

Customers can pay by check or demand draft(dd) by physically depositing the check/dd into our ING VYSYA bank account. Alternatively, one can mail the check/dd to our physical address and we will ship the product as soon as the payment is realized in our account. For account and mailing details, please contact us by phone or email.

If you are making a payment using check or demand draft, please make them payable to Indian Gift Gallery.

When will you launch online credit card payment?

We are already LIVE with online credit card payment for ALL product categories.

What is your policy for returns and refunds?

We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 10 days from the delivery date in original packaging. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package. There is no cash refund.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order anytime until your order starts shipping. If you wish to cancel an order that is being shipped, a restocking fee of 25% will apply to your order. Certain products like international books need to be ordered explicitly, so they cannot be canceled once the order is processed.
